Finally replaced my old, cakey primer with Benefit's POREfessional Pore Minimizing Primer, and let me tell ya, it was love at first application. I've tried a few primers in my time, but none have quite hit the spot like this one.

First off, my skin's been a bit on the oily side lately, so I needed something that could keep shine at bay without adding too much product into the mix. This guy is oil-free and has a lovely, lightweight feel that blends seamlessly into the skin. It's almost like it disappears, leaving behind a smooth, matte canvas ready for foundation.

I've been using it both under and over my makeup (as an Setting Powder too) and it works like a charm either way. It really does minimize the appearance of my pores - not completely, but enough that they're less noticeable. My skin looks more refined, almost airbrushed, which is exactly what I'm after.
