Marvel Legends Series Carnage, Venom: Let There Be

I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but I'm glad to say Hasbro's Marvel Legends Series Carnage proved me wrong. At just under $60, it seemed too good to be true for a deluxe figure, so I thought I'd give it a month-long test run.

First off, the detail on this guy is incredible. The textured, gnarly look of Carnage is spot-on, and the articulation is fantastic – he can strike some seriously menacing poses. I loved swapping out his heads; the unmasked one with its wild, chaotic hair is a real standout.

The accessories were a pleasant surprise too. Six pieces? At this price? That's unheard of. And they're not just your run-of-the-mill throwaways either – they're all movie-inspired and add some serious play value.

Now, the only downside I found was the window box packaging. It's nice for display purposes, but it took me a while to figure out how to get him out without damaging it. Still, that's a minor gripe compared to what you get for your money.

If you're a Marvel fan and you've been waiting for a Carnage figure that does the character justice, this is it. Sure, $60 might seem steep at first glance, but when you consider the detail, articulation, and sheer number of accessories, it's an absolute steal. I'm already eyeing up Hasbro
