New OpenRun Pro 2- Bone Conduction Headphones,

Took me a while to decide but I finally bit the bullet and bought these SHOKZ OpenRun Pro 2s, mostly because I've had trouble keeping in-ear headphones secure during my runs. I mean, who hasn't dealt with that irritating 'one-bud-out' moment mid-workout? Plus, safety's a concern - I wanted to stay aware of my surroundings while enjoying my tunes.

After two weeks, I'm pretty chuffed with my purchase. The sound quality's impressive; it's like they've got these tiny speakers in my ears blasting crystal clear highs and decent bass, all without blocking out the world around me. It's uncanny how you can hear your music and ambient noise simultaneously.

Two things I absolutely love? Firstly, the fit is brilliant - those ear hooks are so comfy, they feel like an extension of my head. They stay put during rigorous workouts too; not once did I worry about them popping out. Secondly, the battery life is fantastic! Twelve hours of playtime meant I could go a few days between charges without stressing.

Now, one minor downside - the volume control buttons are quite stiff initially. It took some effort to get used to pressing them while running, but they loosened up after about a week's use.

Would I recommend these? Absolutely! If you're into sports, love your tunes but need to stay aware of your environment, or simply struggle with traditional earbud
