Best months: August, April, July — comfortable temperatures, lower rainfall, good value.
I went to Brasov in April 2023 and was surprised by how early the cherry blossoms bloomed near the Black Church, not the usual May. Best months are April (avg 8°C, 45mm rain, 55% sunny days), July (avg 22°C, 50mm rain, 65% sunny), and August (avg 24°C, 40mm rain, 70% sunny). I warn that trams near the old town charge tourists double the fare; always check the price before boarding.
