I went to Varna in April 2023 and was shocked by how early the seafront gardens bloomed with tulips despite chilly mornings. June averages 24°C, sees 52mm rainfall, and offers 70% sunny days, making it ideal for beach days without peak prices. I warn that July's massive music festival doubles hotel costs overnight—most guides omit this hidden surge.
