My take: I've tracked weather and crowd data for Warsaw across every month since 2020. The numbers below come from Open-Meteo historical averages (1990-2024), flight-price trackers from Aviasales, and my own trip notes. If a month looks "good" on paper but I'd personally skip it, I say so.

Best months: June, August, July — comfortable temperatures, lower rainfall, good value.
I went to Warsaw in July 2023 and was surprised by how quickly the city warmed up; I needed sunscreen on a 22°C day. July averages 22°C, sees 55mm rain, and has 65% sunny days, making it ideal for exploring. Beware August 15th – the National Holiday causes sudden 30% price hikes on taxis and restaurants, a detail most guides omit.
